Born and raised in Lyon, the gastronomic capital of France. Although he spent most of his life in Pris, life had bigger plans for him and it took him to a lot of different countries all around the world, where he had experienced cooking in a very different way. He acquired cooking skills and techniques early in his life, while cooking in some of the most prestigious “Michelin Star” restaurants in Paris. Later on, as a personal chef of a wealthy family from London, he expanded his knowledge, as well as his flexibility and adaptability by cooking in different conditions - from extremely professional and large kitchens, to smaller ones on yachts or in private planes. After many years of travelling around the globe, visiting Asia, South America and Africa, he decided to bring new tastes back to Europe. Olivier will provide you with a luxurious gastronomical experience and will make you feel like you’re sitting in the center of Paris, while the Eiffel Tower shines in the background.
