Nenad’s success story was joined by three colleagues. Besides him, Jakov and Vladimir, Dejan Travica, another top chef, also became part of the team.<\/p>\n

For Dejan, cooking is like dancing. As he himself says, tango and waltz are best learned by dancing between the stove and work surfaces, and in that way he won his wife.<\/p>\n

He acquired school and practical knowledge here on Zlatibor and in Montenegro. As one of the best students at the Splendid Hotel in Be\u010di\u0107, on the recommendation of a professor 13 years ago, he became a chef in a restaurant serving Italian cuisine in Belgrade.<\/p>\n

After less than a year of work, he was promoted to chef of this restaurant and successfully runs it to this day. Italian cuisine is in his fingers, and French in his heart.
